My son called me yesterday morning. He has moved again to Queen Street West into a 'commercial space', whatever that means?! However, he sounds happy and healthy and employed!
I believe they are starting construction on another phase of development in our hood. This picture was taken on the bend of the water tower road, looking southeast towards the highway.
Yesterday we were out at Possum Lodge (Harly & Judy's place) and I couldn't resist taking a stroll out to the creek to take a few pics. What a surprise to see the spot I had chosen was already occupied!

I have actually started on a project that i have been avoiding for over 2 years. I have started scanning some of the old pictures that belonged to my mother. This task is very time consuming as well as heart wretching, as so many fond memories come pouring back from your childhood. Thus the importance of documenting these scenes from my past for my own son to have when I am gone.
Tonight we are going to Jim and Brenda's for dinner. Guess who is making dessert? ME! hahaha this should be interesting:)
